Valves, pipe fittings and flow control

Request gate, globe, butterfly, ball or non-return valves, strainers and actuator repair parts. For pipe fittings, flanges, elbows, reducers and threaded connections, provide the nominal diameter, pressure class, connection standard and material. State the operating medium and temperature so the requested component can be reviewed for the intended duty.

Marine pumps and sealing parts

For centrifugal, gear, diaphragm and submersible pumps, send the maker, model, flow and head. Impeller, shaft, mechanical seal, gasket and service-kit enquiries should include a part number or drawing where available. Identify whether the application is seawater, cooling water, bilge, fuel or another medium; a similar appearance alone does not establish compatibility.

Hardware, fasteners and workshop tools

Purchasing lists can include bolts, nuts, washers, studs, clamps, hinges, spanners, socket sets, pliers, drill bits, taps and cutting tools. Specify metric or imperial dimensions, thread pitch, strength grade and finish. For electric or pneumatic tools, include voltage, frequency, air requirements and the accessories needed for the job.

Send enquiries for oil, fuel, air and water filter elements, bearings, bushes, belts, chains, couplings, seals and maintenance consumables. For main or auxiliary machinery, identify the equipment maker, model, serial number and part reference. Nameplate photographs and the relevant parts-list page help distinguish variants before a quotation is prepared.

Marine electrical stores and instrumentation

For cables, cable glands, terminals, switches, contactors, fuses, connectors and lighting, state the electrical ratings and installation conditions. Pressure gauges, thermometers, sensors and measuring tools require a range, connection and accuracy specification. Tell us when protection ratings, calibration documents or particular standards are required; these are checked during quotation.

Marine HVAC and cooling enquiries can include heat exchanger plates and gaskets, condenser covers, heating coils and refrigeration components. Share the equipment model, plate or gasket reference, dimensions, material and operating conditions. Where the request also involves maintenance or machining, include the work scope separately so supply and service requirements can be assessed together.

For ropes, shackles, turnbuckles, deck fittings, hatch-cover parts and container-lashing equipment, provide dimensions, construction, material and load requirements.
